In about four weeks we will be welcoming you to GRAJU 2026 at the Ateneo de Manila University! We are very much looking forward to your presentations. To ensure that the program flows smoothly, we are pleased to share some of the logistical arrangements that you may need:
All accepted presentations are scheduled in sessions.
At your earliest convenience, please check the program for your presentation's date, time, and session. If you notice any errors or if you would like a change in schedule, please notify us by emailing graju.research@ateneo.edu
Each session will be overseen by a session chair who will introduce each presenter, keep time, and moderate questions.
There will be a total of 6 presentations per session. Each presenter will have 15 minutes to present their work, immediately followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
Please come to your session a few minutes early.
Please check in with your session chair before your session begins.
A Windows-based laptop will also be available for participants to use. We recommend that you bring your presentation materials on a USB flash drive in PDF format. The connection between the computer and the projector is via HDMI.
You may bring your own computer for the presentation to prevent potential compatibility issues.
Please set up and test your presentation in the designated room prior to your session.
